AlphaFold 3 Fold Builder

Use the search bar to retrieve proteins from UniProt. Once proteins are loaded click on S,T,Y residues to toggle adding phosphates or use the dropdown menu to add experimentally characterized phosphosites (from UniProt). When done editing the proteins, download the folding job as a JSON file that you can directly upload to the AF3 Web Server.
